3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Keep your credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Transit Data Disclaimer

Transit arrival information is provided by third parties and is:

  • Provided “as is”
  • Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely
  • Subject to outages, delays, or discontinuation

We do not guarantee that displayed arrival times reflect actual train movements.

5. Service Availability

The device depends on our backend services and third-party infrastructure. You acknowledge that:

  • The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or third-party failures
  • If our cloud services are unavailable, the device may not function

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or tamper with the device or software
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with the Service or its infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to:

  • Our hardware design
  • Software and firmware
  • Device UI and branding

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

  • Data accuracy provided by third parties

9. Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE DEVICE.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
